Frequently asked questions about On The Line Athletics and the contribution process. 

Where is my contribution going?

At the direction of each partner school or collective, your contribution will be going toward the athletic department or collective to help recruit and retain top student athletes. The goal is to assist schools and collectives in helping student athletes achieve success both in and out of their respective sport.

Your contribution has a direct impact on the success of student athletes and athletic programs. 

When will I be charged for my contribution?

You will initially enter an amount you'd like to contribute based on varying criteria of each sport and team. You will be charged within 24-48 hours of the game end. 

What if I change my mind?

You will be able to modify your remaining contributions at any time throughout the game or season. Simply login to your account and make any desired changes. Changes and refunds are not able to be made for past games or previously posted contributions/transactions.

Can I change the payment method in my account?

You will be able to modify your payment information at any time. Login to your account and scroll down to "Payment Method" to make any changes.

You can call 402-761-5020 with any questions. Please do not email any sensitive or credit card information. 

Will I receive a receipt for my contributions?

At the end of each athletic season, you will be emailed a summary of your total OTL contributions. You can also access this information any time by logging in to your account and navigating to the "My Contributions" tab.
